Vinegar Based Sauce


1/2 cup butter

1 cup water

1 cup apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons brown mustard

1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon cayenne (if thats too spicy, just use 3 tablespoons chili powder)



Melt butter in a saucepan.

Add all other ingredients and stir over heat until smooth.

Let sauce simmer and reduce for 15 minutes.
