Shrimp On the Grill
Shrimp, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Skewers
Take the shrimp, wash, peel and devein. Take the Shrimp and place on skewer all in the same direction. Place in a Pyrex dish. Take Lemon juice and olive oil and pour over shrimp. Let sit for about 30 minutes and then flip. Wait another 30 minutes and then pepper prior to putting on grill. Heat up grill to at least 400 degrees and then turn down one of your burners to low. Place Shrimp on that burner. "Be aware that olive oil and fire don't mix well" so stay close but watch for flare ups. Cook about a minute on each side or until done. Serve immediately, they cool down fast. Enjoy!
