Seafood Bay Rub


2 tsp of ground bay leaves

2 tsp of pepper (black)

2 tsp of dry-style mustard

1 tsp of kosher salt

1/2 tsp of celery seed (ground)

1/2 tsp of nutmeg (ground)

1/2 tsp of ginger (ground)

1/2 tsp of ground pepper (red)

1/2 tsp of paprika

1/2 tsp garlic (ground)


Mix everything then keep in tightly sealed container for a couple hours. Use this as a rub for seafood prior to grilling.
